How do you set the scope and the price?

Individually. It depends on what is running: a site, a store, a panel, an agent, how many instances and how often we need to step in.

How do we get in touch?

Email only, no phone calls. That way every request is documented. We reply the same day, 6:00-14:00.

What is in the report?

A summary of updates, backup status and uptime monitoring. How often you get the report is set in the scope of work.

Do I have to change hosting?

No. We look after the product where it already lives. If performance is weak, we can advise or migrate - that is a separate quote.
