WordPress plugins for shop invoices and vehicle listings

A shop order and a document in the accounting software are usually two separate jobs. With more orders, someone retypes the details and then fixes them again when something is wrong. Dealers hit the same wall: the car is already on a portal, and it still has to be written up on the company’s own site.

Below are fourteen WordPress plugins we build at Devikit. Five connect WooCommerce to Polish accounting, three to German, three to French and one to UK accounting. The last two put vehicle listings on the dealer’s own site. Each link goes to a page with the scope, screenshots and the price.

WooCommerce invoices, Poland

Fakturownia WooCommerce connects a WooCommerce shop to Fakturownia. An order becomes an invoice, a proforma, a receipt or a correction, the PDF goes to the customer, and the plugin keeps stock levels in step. PRO does this automatically when the order status changes.

wFirma WooCommerce connects WooCommerce to wFirma through the API. You raise the invoice from the order screen. PRO does it when the status changes and emails the PDF to the customer straight away.

inFakt WooCommerce creates an invoice or a proforma from the order and stores the number and a preview on that order. PRO emails the PDF to the customer and passes the invoice to KSeF through inFakt, automatically on a status change.

iFirma WooCommerce creates a VAT invoice from the order. PRO adds a proforma and a bill, PDF delivery, bulk issuing and an automatic run when the order status changes.

Fakturowo WooCommerce raises an invoice from the order screen in one click and keeps the number, preview and document link on the order. In PRO, invoices and proformas are created on a status change, and the PDF can go to the customer by email.

WooCommerce invoices, Germany

Lexware WooCommerce connects the shop to Lexware Office. The order becomes a Lexware invoice, and the PDF is in the shop admin and on the customer account. PRO adds an automatic run on the chosen status, credit notes and PDF delivery by email.

sevDesk WooCommerce creates a sevDesk invoice from the order, copies the contact and the EU VAT number, and keeps the PDF on the order. PRO runs this on a status change and adds credit notes, PDF delivery by email and an e-invoice.

easybill WooCommerce connects the shop to easybill with an API key. The order becomes a document: on click in the free version, automatically on a status change in PRO, together with credit notes, PDF delivery by email and a ZUGFeRD e-invoice.

WooCommerce invoices, France

Pennylane WooCommerce creates an invoice in Pennylane and stores the number and the PDF on the order. PRO adds credit notes, PDF delivery to the customer and payment reconciliation. It all starts when the order status changes.

Sellsy WooCommerce creates a real Sellsy invoice, syncs the customer with the SIRET and VAT number, and keeps the number and the PDF on the order. PRO sends the invoice on a status change and adds credit notes, PDF delivery by email and bulk actions.

Axonaut WooCommerce creates an invoice in Axonaut, finds or creates the company and the contact, and stores the number and the PDF on the order. PRO raises it automatically on a status change, can mark it paid in Axonaut and email it to the customer.

WooCommerce invoices, United Kingdom

FreeAgent WooCommerce connects the shop to FreeAgent. The order becomes an invoice, billing details stay in step with the FreeAgent contact, and the PDF sits on the order for you and for the customer. PRO handles invoices, credit notes and payments automatically when order statuses change.

Vehicle listings on your own site

Autotrader WordPress reads forecourt stock from the Autotrader account through the Stock API and turns each vehicle into a page on your site: its own URL, a gallery, a specification table and structured data, plus filters, shortcodes and a vehicle sitemap. Stock refreshes on its own about every 8 hours, so nobody types a car in twice.

mobile.de WordPress pulls the listings through the Search API and publishes them on your site. Each vehicle gets its own page, with filters, an enquiry form and a PDF of the vehicle details. These are normal pages on your site, not an embedded frame from mobile.de, and the plugin does not limit how many vehicles you can list.
