Every Monday an n8n scenario takes planned topics from Airtable. The model writes captions, prepares images, uploads files to Drive and schedules posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Buffer.

The team gets an email and a Slack ping that the batch is ready. The content calendar stays the source of truth, and publishing does not wait for someone to paste the same thing into four panels.
