Apaczka or Furgonetka? Which courier broker to choose

Running a WooCommerce shop means choosing a site, a catalogue, payments and delivery. The courier broker is one of those choices. A good one keeps labels, pickups and tracking inside the shop. A weak one adds extra logins and late parcels. Here is how Apaczka and Furgonetka compare for a typical store.

Why a trusted shipper matters for an online store

Trust is not only about the product. Parcels have to arrive on time and in one piece, and the customer needs a tracking number they can open. The courier is not your company, but their work shows up as your work. Missed pickups and silent delays land on your support, not theirs.

What Apaczka and Furgonetka offer

Both are brokers. You get access to several couriers from one panel, often at better rates than a direct contract when the volume is still small. Both have WooCommerce plugins, label printing, pickup booking and tracking. The difference is in the plugin, the panel and how support behaves when something goes wrong.

What stands out in the Apaczka plugin

Apaczka’s plugin maps orders to shipments without much extra clicking. You can send a tracking email from the order screen and keep COD and checkout delivery methods in sync. For shops that already use their rates at checkout, the mapping is usually clean.

How to connect Apaczka to WooCommerce

Create an account, generate API keys, install the official plugin and paste the keys in WooCommerce. Map your shipping methods to Apaczka services, print a test label, book a pickup. If the test parcel looks right in the panel, you are ready for live orders.

What the Furgonetka plugin does well

Furgonetka is strong on a wide courier list and a panel many Polish shops already know. The plugin creates shipments from orders and supports common services, including lockers where the courier allows it. Good fit if the team already ships through Furgonetka outside WordPress.

Is Furgonetka simple to run with WooCommerce?

For day-to-day labels, yes. Most of the work stays in the order list. The first setup - services, default sizes, who pays for COD - takes a short session. After that it is print, book, send the number.

Apaczka or Furgonetka for ecommerce

There is no single winner. Compare the rates for the parcels you actually send, the couriers your customers want, and whether the plugin matches your checkout. If you already have an account and a habit, switching brokers for a small saving rarely pays off. If you are starting from zero, test both with a few real parcels.

Both offer an account manager

At a certain volume both can assign someone on their side. That helps when a pickup fails or a contract needs a better rate. Ask for it when the monthly parcel count justifies the conversation - not on day one with five orders.

Pick the broker that fits the shop you have, integrate it once, and keep shipping inside WooCommerce. Delivery is part of the product, not an afterthought in a separate tab.
