AI agents that take repetitive tasks off the team.
For the inbox. For the CRM. For documents. Automations and agents that tick off repeat work. Quality and decisions stay with a human.

Why an agent
So the same tasks do not come back every week.
Sorting tickets, a draft offer, a contract from the CRM, an answer to a repeat question. That can be a scenario: trigger, decision, action, and when the agent is not sure - handoff to a human.
We build on n8n or our own code - depending on the process. AI speeds it up, and we own the result. You get a working flow, documentation and room to change it later.
How an agent is built
From brief to launch.
Six clear steps. You know what happens and when.
-
01
Brief
We collect the process, the tools and what should run on its own. We set scope, date and how we work - before the project starts.
-
02
Prep
We map steps, exceptions and the human fallback. We agree what data is needed and where it is.
-
03
Scenario
We assemble the first flow. You see the concrete: what goes in, what comes out, where it stops.
-
04
Revisions
We apply the agreed changes. The price includes two unlimited revision rounds.
-
05
Launch
We connect the systems, test on real cases and turn on error monitoring.
-
06
Handover
Access, documentation and a guide. From that moment the AI agent is yours.

A few lines about what you do by hand today. We reply the same day and say whether an AI agent makes sense here.
What we can build
Support, operations or documents.
Not sure what you need? Get in touch - we will point you in the right direction.
Support agent
Reads a ticket, looks it up, replies or hands it to a human. Conversation memory, CRM, knowledge base - depending on the need.
Operations automation
A message comes in, the agent scores urgency and routes it: Slack, email, CRM, a queue. Less manual sorting, more things that move on their own.
Offers and contracts
A deal moves in the CRM - an offer or a contract is built from a template. Minutes instead of pasting into PowerPoint and Word.
FAQ
Common questions.
Do I need a CRM or a knowledge base?
Not always at the start. The more structured the data, the more confident the agent. If there is none, we first set where it should get the facts.
How long does it take?
A simple flow can be closed in days, not months. Building a larger agent integrated with several systems can take more time. We set the date at the brief and we keep it.
How much does it cost?
The quote is individual. It depends on how complex the process is.
What about data and security?
Access only where it is needed. Keys and accounts stay with you. At the brief we agree what may go to the model and what stays in your infrastructure.
What if the model is wrong?
That is why there is a human fallback and confidence thresholds. The agent should not pretend it knows. It should either carry out the step or hand the case over.
Do we have to book calls?
No, there is no need for that. Brief, revisions and handover are handled over email. We try not to waste time on unnecessary meetings and calls.
